Peanut Butter

Kiddo get's her love of peanut butter honestly. Peanut butter is one of my three favorite foods. If I had to, I could live on peanut butter, carrots and spinach and be fairly happy. LOL.

So, it took a while but we have finally consumed the 20 lbs of apples that we brought home from apple picking. This is the last recipe that we made. I was a little skeptical, but it turned out pretty well.

So, this is my sister's cake**. She always makes it for the family and it is delicious. Kiddo and I decided to give this recipe a try and it didn't disappoint. The recipe is super easy, forgiving, and kid friendly - in other words: toddler-proof.
