On Sunday, Kiddo wanted take-out. The problem is, we haven’t ordered take-out since before the stay at home orders. But, I made a compromise. We could have pizza and wings, we would just make them ourselves.

Kiddo and I have been busy with life, and I haven’t gotten around to posting much. I have several partly written posts that I will endeavor to finish, but in the mean time here are some pictures of what we’ve been up to.
Lemon Bars…
We made lemon bars. Sort of. I got it in my head that a lemon bar made with the vegan and gluten free crust I used in my apple tart would be amazing. So, I found this lemon bar recipe and we made it with this crust recipe. In hindsight, that wasn't the best choice. LOL.
Apple Pumpkin Bread
I love fall baking. We still had 3 apples on Saturday when Kiddo asked if we could bake something. I decided to try this recipe, although our standard recipe is still my favorite pumpkin bread.
