I love fall baking. We still had 3 apples on Saturday when Kiddo asked if we could bake something. I decided to try this recipe, although our standard recipe is still my favorite pumpkin bread.
Kiddo and I still have plenty of apples (and peaches!) from our family apple picking trip. I decided to make an apple tart because I'd never made one before. I looked at a bunch of recipes before deciding on this one. It is delicious and happens to be gluten free and vegan!!!
So, this is my sister's cake**. She always makes it for the family and it is delicious. Kiddo and I decided to give this recipe a try and it didn't disappoint. The recipe is super easy, forgiving, and kid friendly - in other words: toddler-proof.
